McPeak Wedge

I ordered the mcpeak wedge in October of 2024. Weeks and weeks went by and I still hadn’t been notified of a shipping update. I called customer service multiple times, emailed multiple times, even went on social media to try to reach someone. I still haven’t heard from ANYONE about my attempts to contact coastal fire training. This wedge was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my brother, I ended up having to reveal his surprise and ask if this company was legitimate. He ended up getting a hold of someone via Facebook and was able to get the product shipped. It arrived after Christmas. Needless to say, I’m really unhappy with the service I received (or lack thereof) and will not be ordering from this company again. It makes me sad to say because my brother had heard good things about coastal fire training, this time we just didn’t have a good experience.

No contact and took a month to ship. Tried to cancel the order but shipped it instead against request.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my son. He was thrilled to receive it! My son explained that the design and quality of this item is outstanding and that every FF needs this important piece of equipment!!

The product is good. This distributor is horrible. Very poor communication and “in stock” means they have material to make one.

Well built wedge that doesn’t mushroom like cheaper aluminum ones. Works well with outward swinging doors. Will probably marry it to our irons. Heavy to be carrying in turnout gear.
